Luiz Fernando Almeida Fontenele holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Ceará (UFC, 2010), with Magna Cum Laude academic distinction, and a sandwich degree in Génie Electrique at the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon (INSA Lyon, 2010). He holds a master's degree in Photovoltaic Solar Energy from the University of São Paulo (USP, 2018). Since 2013, he has been working with Research, Development and Innovation projects at the Petrobras Research Center, in the area of electricity generation, with a focus on photovoltaic generation.
